With the increasing number of implementations, we have decided to create a separate entity that will bring together trained professionals for the proper deployment of iTop and everything related to the implementation. In addition to iTop Experts – trained directly from Combodo, we also have people with PRINCE certification for project management, ITIL for proper service deployment, ArchiMate and TOGAF for the architecture foundation to see the tickets in context.
